DTI: An AI-driven, Career Inspiring Experiential Program for Semiconductor Education (ACIES)

NSF Funded ITEST Project

ACIES Workshops

The ACIES program aims to train 24 students in Grades 10-12 each year in learning microelectronics and semiconductors through three workshops: Introduction to Electronic Systems, Circuit-Level Design, and Semiconductor Manufacturing. Each workshop consists of lecture, hands-lab, and project components assisted with AI learning tools. We will also invite industry speakers to give guest lectures and organize a field trip to semiconductor industry. The tentative agenda for Year 2027 is listed below.
